The student who took the photographs at the centre of the USC sex scandal claimed today that he only snapped them to prove to friends that he wasn't making up the story about the rooftop tryst. The photographer was one of a group of students who watched the open air liaison from their dorm in the Birnkrant Residential Hall at the Los Angeles college.
